After diagnosis, the journey is followed together with you
Once diagnosis and treatment are in place, we follow the journey together through the family portal. Growth, development, vaccines, medication and seizure data are gathered in one place, and you can share your own home measurements and observations. This way progress is assessed objectively, with the same tools.
Anthropometric tracking
Height, weight and head circumference are followed regularly; growth charts are generated automatically with WHO percentile curves. Families can also enter home measurements.
Developmental tracking
Age-appropriate developmental milestones are followed, with emphasis on what is expected now; the doctor's assessment is shared through the portal.
Vaccination schedule
Vaccines planned and given according to the Türkiye Ministry of Health schedule; shown colour-coded as overdue, planned and done.
Medication tracking and reminders
Daily dose times for medicines, reminder notifications, and a 7-day adherence (compliance) rate. The doctor sees medication adherence through the portal.
Seizure diary
Seizure type, duration, trigger and severity are recorded; families can upload a seizure video filmed on the phone — letting the doctor see the event directly adds great value to the diagnosis.
Online consultation and referral
Online consultation and specialist referrals when needed; the process is also visible to the family in read-only form.
You sign in to the family portal with your own password; examination, diagnosis and treatment take place at the practice in Şişli. This site and portal support follow-up — they do not replace the examination.
